Hey all, this ad came across my radar today. Based on the description I'm pretty sure the machine is actually an Adcock and Shipley 2S, as Bridgeport was their parent and sold their machines in the U.S. I did message the seller and ask for pictures. It's in my backyard in the SLC area so I would be happy to assist anyone who would want someone to go inspect it if they can't make it themselves.
It's simply too massive for my space if it's the machine I suspect it is, so I won't be pursuing it, but maybe someone on here could give it a loving home?
Here is a link to the spec sheet, the motor HP and max spindle speed tipped me off to this being a match, as the older Adcock and Shipley machines shipped with lower HP motors and different max spindle speeds.
