no kidding! BaT has really changed and now I can’t afford anything. I like it though for its style and utility.

But yes, the BaT of old…shares turning into exclusives turning to auctions. The idea is a vetted and objective writeup with all the details that any buyer expects, and then the ability for users to comment and ask question on the listing.
