A few years back, there was a TV show "Northern Exposure" about life in a small town in Alaska. Both in August and in winter. . . The photo of a car in a snowpile brings to mind a chapter from the book on which the TV show was based. It wasn't a chapter as such, more a theme that surfaced from time to time. About the local municipal snow plow/thrower plowing roads. "Would the owner of the "small car" please claim the remains at the plow storage yard." Only part of the car could be found alongside Route '10', the rest imbedded itself inside the blower. In the book in context it was quite amusing. My description is rather flat. . .
