Remember then floats were copper, 70 plus years and still going, I had a 1909 THOR motorcycle that had a stainless steel float in the card, remember plastic is for child toys only.
I picked up a right angle mill attachment off of Ebay and it didn't come with a spanner wrench. I thought about making a nice one out of billet and spend 2 days machining it and then I came to my senses and whipped out this down and dirty wrench. I even repurposed and old cheap screwdriver for the handle.
I needed a drill jig to correctly locate two .093 holes in basswood hub blocks for some of the propellers. I was OK until I tried to use 1/2 by 1/8 alum for the bridge, the bushings wouldn't both fit.
The jig will accommodate 1 1/2, 1 3/4 and 2" hub blocks by putting 1/4 or 1/8 spacers in the left end.
