You could use a ball end mill of any radius less than 17/32 and make x/y movements. Note: x/y does not necessarily refer to your machine axes. It's generic.I would like to cut a round bottom channel in 6061 aluminum, about .075” deep, with a radius of 17/32”. I can’t find a tool to do this......
