This is how you slide the fan shroud on. The slots go between the two rubber washers. Push into place and tighten the screws a bit.

Pull the wires through the motor top and install it using the 4 long screws. Do this before putting the motor casing back on.

You can now slide on the motor casing lining up the wires and pulling them through as shown.

After you press the rotor into the motor base. you can carefully slide the stator/windings and casing on. Make sure you line up the marks from earlier

New bearings in hand and everything cleaned up. Install'em. Press them on using only the inner race. A 6203 and a 6206.
