I have a collet which came with a Walter HU-80 dividing head (I do have the chuck for it too). This collet is for 1/2" stock and there's also an "F" etched on the face. It looks a bit similar to the Hardinge B42 collet, but there are differences. - most notably the lip at the front which captives in the collet nut
I searched for quite a bit on the web to ID this collet. I did end up finding a post on the PM forum with a catalog picture (below). I'm pretty sure this is the same collet, but there isn't any clue as to the name/standard from the catalog. Any of you guys happen to know?
Probably not worth trying to source other collets, but my curiosity gets the best of me.
