WTB: BXA qctp

All right, band time! It's either post pics on HM or work so...

All Aloris. All set screws and height adjustment screws move freely. Dovetails are all free of dings and dents, though some holders have stains. Nothing that should affect function though.

Four BXA2, some of them have odd grind marks on the ends and one has slightly shorter set screws, but other than that they're in good shape. $35 each

One BXA6 double wide, great shape $45

One BXA53 MT3 holder, great candidate for a tool post mounted ER drill chuck. There's a ding on the edge of one of the dovetails, but it doesn't impinge on the face of the dovetail (I'll double check again when I get home) $45

One BXA20 indexable multi adjustable turning tool. Takes TNMG3xx inserts, so pretty economical. The head that's on there works, but has a chewed up tip. The spare head has a nice seat but the insert pin is jammed. Shouldn't take much to free it up, but I didn't want to screw with it (or screw it up). Angle and position adjustments work fine. $50

Individuals or the smaller ones will fit in a small flat rate parcel ($10), the lot will definitely fit in a medium flat rate ($16.50). I have a bunch of other stuff that I need to list (metrology stuff, some turning and boring tools etc), so feel free to ask about that too.

Forgot to say, OP gets first dibs as he asked first, then mmcmdl and then just for fun, in order that I got their PMs

I'll take them all if the original OP doesn't . :encourage:

Cool! I'll give the OP a couple of days to see the pics first though

thanks guys for the help! i ended up with a FB aloris and matt hooked me up with some holders. very nice bunch of guys here.
i could use a couple more holders if anyone has some they will part with.

I have a BXA piston toolpost if anyone wants it. You pay the postage.

Please note that there is a huge covet going on here in Minnesota.
I've been setting up to cut my own BXA holders for this Pratt 12x30C which is nearly ready to go to work after the cross-slide/compound rebuild.

That indexable sure is sweet.
Any additional pics available on the indexable? Measurements?
If it was made once it can be made again. And I got more time than money....

Thanks,
Daryl

Too late, Daryl. BTW, the P&W lathe is a sweet machine.
