Wtb Atlas/craftsman 12" Lathe Accessories

I have an Atlas/Craftsman early 12" lathe and need the following accessories:
Follower rest, Steady rest, Milling attachment, change gears, and a crossfeed crank handle.
This lathe is an early 12 x 36 between centers with no power crossfeed.
