I have bought a lot of stock from Oakland Steel. He has been the best price I have found for small lots shipped to my door.

Agreed. He doesn't gouge for shipping. If it fits in the flat rate package, you don't pay extra for additional pieces. That helps a lot.

I'm looking for some reasonably priced 12L14 1-1/2" diameter by 6" long. Length isn't extremely critical. A few pieces would be fine.
