Not a bad price if it is in excellent condition.appears to be missing accesories which are pricey or hard to find. That's their smaller model, but they will allow adjustment under power and interior grooves among other things.

That's an average price Mike and that is a medium size head UPA2 ( I believe ) with .500 holes . I have the smallest head ( UPA1 ) , pics of it are on here somewhere .
