I checked today at a local fab shop, $130 for 25" x 30" x .375".
I think me and the boy are going scrap yard scrounging this weekend.

You can cut it on a table saw, best with a blade made for aluminum or steel cutting but can be done with a wood cutting blade, use wax stick type lube and go slow. Also be sure the fence is exactly parallel with the blade to avoid heeling (back of the blade hitting the edge of the kerf).
