For sure! I used the press to bend the feet back a little. Not much to do to fix the angled pin. I’d be afraid I would bend it. It’s been a long time since I broke chain, you’re supposed to grind off the top of the rivet before pressing out right?

Also looks like a tool to set a small rivet. Prolly a chain breaker though

I've abused enough of those to fill a small bucket... Made a lot of paperweights over the years. One example where crying during checkout is really the best choice.

No , you don't have to . Just press it out .

The one shown is old school . I couldn't imagine using it on the job crawling under equipment with chains jammed up .
