What are these things?

Acquired these some years back amongst some old lathe tooling. Don't think they're related.

Thought I would eventually figure out what they are. Never have.

They remind me of something you thread a belt of webbing through, almost like a seatbelt (about that width anyway) but I can’t think of what for.

The upper most item is a dollar bill...... No guess on the other two pieces.

They look like some kind of weld on adjustable bracket, possibly a racecar suspension component.
