[How do I?] Use of Indicol on Duplex Mill

I just bought an indicol to use on my mill from ENCO, where there was a sale, plus a St. Pat's 20% coupon to boot - http://www.hobby-machinist.com/show...mp-DISCOUNT-CODES-POST-THEM-HERE!-(ENCO-etc-)

(I also bought the Nicholson file set I asked you guys about AND the 5c collet rack that I ALSO asked you guys about on here- so your advice is NOT in vain!)

What is the proper way to setup and use the indicol on a duplex mill like a Van Norman 12?
