No, they are sold by a company in Melbourne Australia 'Miniature Steam Models' (you can buy unmachined kits).
They are very nice and the material that they are constructed of are step up IMO from worrying about corrosion like with Stuarts.

I made a lot of the fittings on the engines and the boiler. The little drip oilers came from the UK from a company called '21st Century Steam'.
 
They look very well made. Maybe I'll have a look at them the next time I'm in Melbourne. My wife has relatives in
Traralgon and we flew in to Melbourne for a visit last year. It was agreat trip: enjoyed every minute of it.

The are quite a good buy for you being in the US with the current Aussie dollar exchange being around .65c.
