No, they are sold by a company in Melbourne Australia 'Miniature Steam Models' (you can buy unmachined kits).
They are very nice and the material that they are constructed of are step up IMO from worrying about corrosion like with Stuarts.
I made a lot of the fittings on the engines and the boiler. The little drip oilers came from the UK from a company called '21st Century Steam'.
