Toro Drill Press Parts?

I have acquired an old Toro Drill Press that I want to restore.
Does anyone know where I might find replacement parts such as the splined bushing in the spindle pulley?
Is splined bronze bearing stock readily available?

I have not seen splined bushing stock. If you have a broach you might use a screw properly to position the broach for the next slot. I have not tried this but short of a splined broach that is the way I would try to do it.
