exactly what I was thinking. and it may come in handy some other day also.
Just wanted to chime in and say I went with the heated drill bit method. Been trying to save a bit lately so didn't want to spend on the right angle attachment.
I had a box of used misc drill bits so I used one of those as the victim. Pressed it against my shop propane heater grill for about 5 seconds and then just spun it by hand. Worked pretty good although it took about 3 'heat cycles' to do it and the hole didn't need to be accurate at all.
