Thread Gear chart for TH42 F series lathe

Does anyone know where I can find an enlarged copy of the Thread gear chart for the TH42 F series with change gears?
The one attached to the end cover on mine is ok, I just can't hardly see the small print so well anymore.
I was hoping there may be a chart or copy somewhere that I could download and enlarge.
