At least you don't get 55 inches of rain a year like I do. Actually, it isn't too bad at my house, which is in a rain shadow of a 3,000 ft. mountain about 9 miles west. The FAA radar station up there recorded 16 feet of rain in one year not long ago.

PFFFT I live near Waialae, and 1/2 a mile from the ocean on the windward side...RUST city. I love the stash though.
