South Bend 9A Back gear

That is a little pricey so maybe I'll look into getting implants. I saw a couple on ebay and they were upwards of $200, wow! I'll have to see if I can find some videos on that fix.

yeah, it's that old rub of "parts are available, but not necessarily cheap!" That's why I was so happy to get a steady rest from the previous owner of my SB9 and why I'll be making a threading dial - the two of those off eBay would come to more than I paid for the whole lathe!

Martik, that's a very impressive repair, you can barely tell that it's been fixed. I liked how you used the cross slide for shaping the teeth.
