I watched the whole thing. My observations...
Positives:
1) Productive and efficient given the tools used,
2) Process appears to be installed in a step by step logical sequence (each batch is handed off to the next op),
3) Machinists appear to be well trained,
Opportunities:
1) Quality Improvements (you can see lonely shafts underneath benches and littered around the shop)
2) Reduce potential for accidents,
I think they are leaving a lot of profit on the table, but that is just a matter of opinion!
