Shaper Vise Identification

Is this a small shaper vise? It is described as being 7½ inches wide and 68 pounds...

There aren't any better pictures of it, but it appears to have a swivel base...

Anyone have any idea as to who manufactured it?

I guess I wouldn’t call it small as it’s almost twice the size and double the weight of my Atlas 7b vise. But you’re right it sure looks like a shaper vise. I like the step in the jaws for hold small stuff but it’s probably not going to hold if used in a shaper unless you are just taking very light cuts. Sorry, I don’t recognize the maker.

Yes, I guess I meant small relative to big shaper vises... my Smith & Mills vise is 14 inches wide and 350 pounds!
