Rubber seal for a Vitamix Blender.

After disassembling my wife's blender, I discovered an odd seal that I don't know the name of. It also seems to have strange dimensions that might have to be modified on the lathe to accommodate a more common size seal. Can anyone provide me with the correct name of this seal?

Seal OD is 14.45 mm ID is 8mm, OD is hard plastic inner parts are rubber.

Vitamix only sells the entire spindle assembly and the low quality seal leaks even when new. I was hoping to find a better one. The machining on the factory original is so bad I am tempted to make my own spindle.
