The one you show is in much better condition.
That R8 collet set is worth ~$80-100 alone.

Is that clamp set on the bench also included? It would be ~$50

not sure about the vise or milling cutters.....

The total value also depends on local supply/demand.

It is kind of a drill press,maybe. Mill, not really. Just a make do thing. Time waster, yes. Been there, just my opinion. Learned on, but moved on.

The tool is only as good as the user. If you want a small machine to work on and build other items with buy it . Now don't expect to mill 1/4" cuts at a quick pace don't buy it. This is made for the home hobby machinst to make parts for his train set or his rc plane ,or steam engine. You don't have much travel on the table in any direction , big downer if your doing the length of a gun barrel or other long item. Other then that the deal isn't horrible . In the end it's all up to you.
