RF-30 Any good

The RF 31 was my fist mill. Nothing wrong with it if you are working on smaller things. Its light so dont expect to make heavy cuts or use a fly cutter.

I would not buy one new max I would pay would be 4-600 with the tooling. i would not buy a RF-31 for what they go for new
 
For the best cleanup of the rust when you pick it up it might be best to post some pictures in the machine restoration forum here for good suggestions on how best to do it. Doesn’t need much but why not ask for best techniques.

Consider changing the belts if they are original, likely old and stiff causing shaking.
