Removing material to lower weight

Just remember to use lubricant when cutting aluminum. It tends to be gummy and sticks to the cutter, ruining your finish. I use Crisco for many things (except eating). It brushes on and stays put. It works well on aluminum and, as a bonus, won't send you to the doghouse if you don't get all of it off before using the oven.
