Question/help about flat leather belt on SB9A

I changed my leather belt to a serpentine belt that I bought from a site on the internet.
It was a Dayco belt numbered 5060475. It is .82 inches wide and 47.5 inches long . It fit well and I no longer have to take the tension off of the belt when done turning to eliminate stretch.
Your belt will probably be longer or shorter than mine depending on how close your drive motor is mounted to your spindle.
I just measured the length of my belt and subtracted 1/2 inch.
I am glad that I switched to serpentine, and never looked back. Be sure to put the belt in place before putting everything back together after replacing your felts, don't ask how I know this.
