Without seeing the part its hard to say anything. You can use different types of screws to hold to a base plate or use cams on the side of the piece. Or machine it in a strip to start and use a vise. Lots of ways but hard to say without seeing it
Make a pallet of sorts that will hold all parts for both facing and drilling. Whether it's bolted, clamped or vacuum powered, a pallet will be best, then when you find the one that really works you can make a couple palkets and be able to do runs of 20 or whatever just by switching pallets. Maybe setup a pallet to do facing of 20 parts, another to drill the 20 parts.
