Posting Youtube Videos

I am sure that the answer is here somewhere but I couldn't find it. I put a small video up on you tube and then put the embedded link in my last post but it doesn't look like all of the other You-tube links that I have seen before. What am I doing wrong? I can bore a hole within a half a thousandth but I sure have trouble with new fangled technology. Please help! or if the administrator can fix it, please do.
