After a long and hard search, and generally being out of my price range, I finally got ahold of one. It hasn`t been delivered yet, but I need some help.
As far as I can tell its missing the chucks that are needed to actually mount a drill press on the sled. Is this something I can make on my mill/lathe, or does it have some complex geometry? I have found them to buy, but since I have a lot of morse taper drills as well as straight shanks, I don`t want to spend over $400 for the two chucks.
Last ... its the model with "80" in it = which I believe goes up to 13/16" sharpening, any tips or tricks to eke out the last few 1/16's to get to 1"? (My largest drill bit anyway...)
