Oddball collets - anybody know what this is?

I purchased a used mini mill and it came with a chuck and set of imperial collets (1/8" - 5/8"). Well I needed a 10mm collet so went about trying to find what type I needed, but I was unable to identify it. I sent pictures to the Little machine shop and to a local sales guy and they were stumped as well.
Does anybody know what these are? (see attached pictures).

Looks like a DA200 from here

Nope. Dimensions don't match any of the TG collets

I don't think so. The DA doesn't have the groove near the end like a ER or TG. But thanks - I didn't know about that type.

Could be the Kwik Switch collets from Universal Devleig. There are several sizes, but they all look about like that.

I actually contacted Roger Proffitt at the Little Machine Shop, and we was stumped too.
