I purchased my mill drill a couple of years ago used. It came with the typical enco stand and I finally got around to making a replacement for it. Made three 2'x2' drawers to hold tooling and etc underneath.
Sits about 3 inches taller than the original stand (more comfortable for me) and it is now capable of being mobile. Cost $50 for baltic birch plywood. About $100 for tubing, plate and sheet and approx $130 for the casters. What do you think?
