Sweet Book Score:thumbsup2:

There is a lot of great stuff in the Machinerys Handbook!

i read it when i want to stay awake at night!

hopefully you haven't been bitten by the same bug i was bitten by.
i too started with one old book.
i now have a modest machinist library of nearly 30 old books and a stack of old machinist/shop magazines.
it becomes addictive for some...kinda like popcorn or potato chips- you can't stop at just 1.

Enjoy!

i posted somewhere else the other day i got an older edition on play books for free. my tablet is more bathroom friendly.

That's a good price from Amazon. Good score.

The eighteenth edition is the one that I keep on the bench in the shop. I have an eighth edition that lives in the office and a 27th edition that sits in the tool box.

Just like potato chips.

Anyone know what edition(s) were printed in the early 1950's? Since my machines are from '44 & '54 I think an edition from that era would be the most relevant.
