Hey y'all. A friend of mine gave me a National Acme Co. die head. it's a 3/8" DS model witha 5/8 shank. In very nice condition. It uses circular chasers. I researched the tool, looking for some chasers. It appears the National Acme Co. was sold to some blokes in UK. They do have a US distributor, but I called and left messages and emails and never got a reply. eBay doesn't have much
of any kinda selection of the cutters, so I started researching other die heads like Geometric. Appears you can get just about any size chasers ya want for it on eBay and at any given time. My question now is, since some of the Geometric dies heads are also DS models, but use straight chasers, is it possible that the geometric chasers will also fit this Namco die head?
