need help identifying a Lathe accessory

Hi guys I bought a microlux 7x14 a while back used off craigslist and it came with some accessories I know what everything is except for one thing. if someone can identify it for me please let me know thanks!!!

Tailstock.

Tail stock with a half center. Looks like it's for a dividing head though...

It is,as said,a tailstock. It looks like a nicely user made one.

Tail stock for a rotary/dividing head.

Andre and Cobra got it right. it's set up to be used on a table with T bolts not on a lathe.
