Name the Tool (please)

Hi. hoping to learn what this item is and its intended use. I have seen one before and know I once knew its name and place. Bugging me that I can't remember. Lol. I know someone on here will know just what it is. There is a long (about 30") steel handle attached to the right side, but not shown in the photo.

Looks like a large die holder.

Seen them for and used them for pipe threading before now.....

Can also be used for non-pipe threading if so desired, so a large die holder in essence.

Any idea what this is? Doesn’t have a v but half round with key way. All parts are not there. 2 bolt holes that are 5/16th.in bunch of stuff in a big tote under bench. 10” atlas headstock. Cross slide. New looking keyed back gear.

Looks like it went to a screw machine
