Name That Tool

New item. Says Econ-O-Groove.
I have a guess... Some kind of parting tool? The heads appear to be interchangeable, and looks/feels like carbide inserts. I've only ever used HSS parting tools.
These were spread among several boxes. There are some of the loose carbide bits and the bare heads also.

All of the above . Different shaped inserts are available . Check out Valenite , Iscar etc .
