Myford 7 in San Diego area

Just took a look at it last night for curiosity sake. It's not under power, but everything moves and it doesn't seem trashed. Change gears are not complete. I told the owner I would post it here to help get more visibility for him. I have no connection with the seller and he seems fairly firm on his price. I wanted the monster Van Norman 22L that was sitting in his garage once I saw it (he bought it years ago and never powered it up)

If this lathe is in good condition, It is not a bad price, Especially with the stand which looks the industrial version, The only "Worry" I have with the illustration Why has it a portion of plate under the tailstock end? If the lathe is broken at that end, It is a new ball game They are not a bad lathe I have the Super 7 version, Maybe a trifle light for many folks.
