Wow Frank, nice setup. I didn't know the SB 9 can take 3ATs, I thought they were all 3c like mine. I see 3Ats more often than 3cs at garage sales.
The lubrication on the turret, does the fluid only come out on the one in use, or all at once? Looks like a nice little shop, well organized and comfortable..

Nice!
Lots of machines packed into a small space :)

Nice tight shop!

The 3AT’s need the spindle adapter and those are available. The 3 C’s also need the adapter to fit them. Those are also available. Both adapters have the same outside taper but have a slightly different inside taper. Pretty much a personal choice as to which collet set you want to use !

The Hardinge turret oiler only delivers to the tool being used at the spindle. All others are off when not pointed at the spindle.

The shop is small but well organized, however there is only room for 2 persons and both must be on the ball ! Easy to bump one another and cause problems. Most of the time I’m the only one in the shop.

Not all of my equipment is in the shop, have some additional in the carport. Hoping neighbors don’t start complaining !

Well very cool . My DSM has the overhead oil system , never seen a set up like yours . Got any plans ?

Very nice! At least you don't have to walk far to get tool!

Thanks for sharing

Built the oiler system my self, simply fit it to the turret nut. Locked it to the nut with dog nose set screws. Used “o” rings internally. Ran an oil feedline from the existing system to the fitting on top. Pretty simple and easy to machine with as few parts as possible. Don’t really have drawings available. Built off the cuff so to speak.
