I was given a Baldor motor and controller
I need to find out how to wire the controller
anybody have any idea?

You'll need the documentation for the controller- Try Baldor's website first. You might have to call/write them if the hardware is very old

Looks like nice stuff though, especially for free

I did some digging and what you have is the guts of a medical treadmill called a Siemens-Burdick T600. If you don't have the control panel
it looks like you are dead in the water unless you have or know someone who has some electronics experience- you'd need to build some type of pulse generator to drive the motor control box to adjust the speed- normally handled by a microprocessor in the original design
I'll post a link to the manual- it's too large to copy here
This was an expensive machine (5K$) maybe you want to consider selling the parts to someone

Have you tried Baldor's website? Baldor support? Si habla ingles.
 
Apparently he doesn't have the control panel so it wouldn't be plug and play anyhow
