Milling attatchment identity

Pretty sure this is a Sheldon lathe milling machine attatchment.
I plan on making an adaptor plate to mount it on my South Bend.
Nice piece of machine history and it was purchased dirt cheap at a flea market.

Looks cool , and 20 yards of dirt ( topsoil ) = $800 around here . :)
