$2000 seems a very fair price, actual condition of the machines being important. Those Clausing mills often sell for $1500-2500, and for the lathe $1000-2000 would not be an unreasonable price.
Actual condition verified in person, included tooling, and location being big variables. Around here asking $2000 for them and they would already be gone by the time you posted this unless they are trashed.
Seems like a screaming deal if they're not completely trashed. They *do* look a little rough, but it looks more like poor storage (usually easily remedied) than huge wear. BUT, it's hard to tell much from a couple of pictures.
Turn cranks and spindles. If everything moves no dickering is necessary. I wouldn't mind having those.
