Looking to replace my 4 jaw chuck on my BD-920N lathe

@DavidR8 - they would ship it but it would be $150 in shipping/border charges... tempting, but a bit too much.

What's the advantage of a two-piece jaw - that was an option on the Bison chuck?
Don't forget that those prices are CDN so $190 is only $150 USD

Two piece jaws allow you to turn just to gripping part around rather than screwing the entire jaw out of the chuck. I've got them on my Taiwan chuck. They fit so damned tight it might be easier to just screw the jaws out.

Might be a little small for an anchor, in fast water. . .

The spindle nose is 1-1/2 x 8, not 2-1/4.

Have to check the spindle thread, some of the 9x20s are 1-1/2"-8 some are a metric M39-4.

I came here looking for a 4 jaw chuck to replace the boat-anchor I have, but it looks like I'll be buying that 5'' 3-jaw Bison chuck to replace the one I have on there... by "Dong"... :) I can't let that one get away. Still need a 4 jaw, but it'll have to wait. Thanks DavidR8 for the lead.
