Looking for 9" carriage lock bolt

Hi, I am looking for a carriage lock down bolt for my 1944 South bend 9" A model. The best I can figure out is the bolt is 5/16-18 X1 3/4 . The South Bend part number is 9W210. I have the lock plate but need the bolt. I will buy both if necessary .

The lathe working? Just make one. 5/16 x 18 thd. 2" from shoulder to end of thread, 1" of thd, 3/8ths square for the head. .6 from shoulder to the top of head. I made mine.

You could just use a regular bolt and washer to get going. Then make your own when you get a chance.

yeah, mine was missing also. I use an allen bolt with a thick hardened washer

I decided to go toolless and made mine. I'll see if I can find it on here originally I had a socket head screw
