Llambrich chuck

It was given to me because it is sizzed up. I need to get the cone off, and don't know if it is pressed on or screwed on

Once I presses the shank into a keyless chuck using an arbor press. That expanded the chuck body enough that it seized up. Could that be your problem?

Soak it in hot water to soften the coolant residue. Once it is working freely use a generous amount of oil.

Thanks Illinoyance That is what I needed. The file I originally downloaded did not have a cut a way pic like this one. The only marking on this chuck is "Swiss" and this was the only brand chuck I could find made in Switzerland. Took some heat but I got it loose. When ic cools I will get some more Pic.
