Identification of an older lathe

That looks exactly like the one I have. I wonder if the chuck on the tailstock was a custom thing. I'll have to take a better look to see if the center of the spindle comes out or not.

I think they are dunlaps and a cheaper and older ? version......not the 109......You should get at least a 6"atlas for your bushings......use that for a couple of months and get a 14 1/2 inch South Bend like I did ...LOL you won't regret it :)
