Hitachi VFD no start after power off

I have a Hitachi WJ200 VFD on my 10ee lathe...

If its in RUN (forward or reverse) when power is applied, I want the VFD to NOT turn the motor on. Make it so the operator has to go back to neutral then forward or reverse. this is a safety thing - the lathe should never start when power is turned on.

I am POSITIVE I set this on another brand VFD, no joy here. My understanding was to set parameter B001 to 0 but this does not do it.

Just read through the function table and not seeing it. Can this be done without hardwiring the logic?

PS. Using the original 10EE lever that just has a contact for forward and another for reverse.

You need to program an input for do not start on power up and then run a jumper to it so it is active all the time.
