I'm kicking the tires on this one.
It needs a tension bar but other than that...
I made an offer, still waiting.
Maybe you want it more?

Whew that is expensive for a 6x6 with only 1 axis.
Ok, thanks,
I needed that.
I offered $320-not accepted.

This one looks better anyway. =$195

For comparisons sake:

I picked up a 6x6 2 axis MAGNETIC sine plate for ~$100 a few months ago (that needed a bit of electrical work). About 2 years ago I picked up a 2 axis sine plate (square, but think its bigger than 6x6, perhaps 10x10?) for $200 locally from a guy who was VEERRRRY proud of his dad's stuff (price wise!).

Expensive, but there ain't no substitute for Hermann Schmidt.

They make nothing but primo, top-of-the-line equipment, most of which comes in mahogany cases.

Nicer than what any of us hack-jobs need, but nice stuff is always nice to have.

On Ebay or an estate sale?
I can't seem to find any deals except estate sales.
The electric one was on eBay, it was missing the power transformer, but I made one with a bridge rectifier. Works good enough for my use!
