I hooked it all up like you said, and it worked! Thank you SO much for the help. I never would have gotten it, and the shop door would have just stayed blocked up for years to come. Now we can use it and keep the birds and snow out!Yes your ground connections sound fine, I didn't show any since I knew you weren't an idiot

Good deal! The Daytons have some of the most unusual wiring arrangements I have seen- they don't make it easy sometimes
